Hi, I decided to send an audio message to someone. To my surprise, I couldn't heare the recording I made. The microphone was connected, and it wasn't muted at least not to my knowledge. Then I tried having a private conference with someone. The same thing, I could heare the other person. But the person, couldn't heare me.
Any ideas?

I got the problem sorted out. Someone helped me. It was something to do with the settings.

It was something to do with my settings the input and output didn't match.

Hi, sorry for posting again. I again had the same problem. The recording I made wouldn't work. I had to again change the settings. Will see how long this lasts.

Yes, I do save them, and they change every time for some wierd reason.What I mean is the next time I record a message, I have to go back to the settings and reconfigure them again.

So does it change only when Eltan g opens? does it change if you reboot but do't open Eltan? Windows 8 is not supported anymore... you might consider upgrading to 10.

Yes, it should.
Try to type "mmsys.cpl" in the run dialog and change input/output from there.
