It's not just the blind community; it's everywhere. The only difference is that everyone here knows each other. But watching all this drama is not even funny anymore. I have nothing against online dating; I've seen a few sort of successful cases, but these kids don't even know what dating is. Like, "We met in a game, then we went on tt for 5 minutes, and, oh dear, you are my soulmate! Let's write about everything that is happening in our relationships in our statuses and talk about it everywhere until we break up, just so everyone knows!". I mean, I understand if someone wants to share their feelings and other stuff, but I don't really care that you and your girlfriend had an argument last night because she played STW or opened Playroom while you were sleeping, and now you're going to break up with her.

Well I am in a happy relationship for the last 5 years and I have learned a lot since then.
There comes a point where you understand that it's not a crush anymore and get to experience what love really is.
It's not always a fairytale, it's a rocky road and sometimes we will make mistakes, sometimes our other half might make mistakes.
I'm not talking cheating here, etc, although everything has some kind of an explanation.
It's the little things, which make a big difference. Talking to each other, putting our trust into each other, being able to be honest, sincere, vulnerable with our partner.
If we have found someone worth our time, energy and resources, then no matter how the emotional roller coaster makes us feel from time to time, we will always be thinking back to our lover and we will understand that there is no one like them in this world.
Remember one more thing, folks.
Before love, comes friendship.
The butterflies, the lovey dovey, romantic aspect fades away after some time, or at least it becomes more difficult to cultivate and requires effort, engagement, commitment. The only way to keep it going and make the relationship develop, grow and not become toxic in the process, is to also be good friends with our partner.

Maybe put in the biography you can have on those stuff, that you're blind?
While that can save you some trouble, you might also get people who talk toyou only because of morbid curiosity, or, rude comments.
