Also, emulation is legal, no one can stop you from streaming a game from your computer onto facebook or youtube. Don't get it twisted. you are totally fine to emulate games and stream them to youtube by screen capturing your emulator, as long as you are not leaking game content that is unreleased yet, it is that which is considered illegal and can and will result in serious consequences.
