Why does there need to be a 2020 version of it? One thing I definitely know for sure is that it's compatible with Python 3.

I wonder if it would work if you set the flags (last tested version etc.), because indeed, the flags aren't set in the INI file in the compiled addon, which is why it complains in the first place.

minimumNVDAVersion = 2019.3
lastTestedNVDAVersion = 2020.3
