Dear Elten Users,


By starting this new thread, I would like to make it a purpose, to bring you some news about the Elten program; since some users have been wondering when there will be a new update and some new features.
As it stands now, some work has been done on the Elten blogs. This took more time than was expected.
Also, lately, there has been low support by those who are members of the Elten beta testers groups which explains why it takes longer before Elten 2.4 will be ready to be launched. There is still no specific date for this. Concerning the Elten beta testers groups, more on that in a separate forum thread in the Elten Network forum.
See there a litle bit of news about the Elten project.

Here is some more news about the Elten project:
Based uppon a forum thread in the Polish Community Elten development group, an meeting will be held about Elten and its future on Saturday June 6, 2020 at 8 o'clock European time by way of using Teamtalk. Many members of the Elten Polish community group will participate in this meeting. What will be discussed is about what still has to be done concerning Elten before the Important update near the end of August. We look forward to the outcome of this meeting and the decisions which will be made.

Another news update about Elten:
We are now in the final stages of the Elten beta testing. Unfortunately, we are now behind schedule which means that the first release of Elten 2.4 will be on September 24. Depending on the situation, more releases may follow after September 24.

A latest news update about the Elten program:

Pajper has just released a news update about the coming Elten 2.4 release. Here is what he would like us to know about Elten 2.4:
Due to problems and delays about the implementation of the last functions, the premier of Elten 2.4 will not be released on August 24 as was first planned. More time is needed to thoroughly test everything and not to release new products quickly, risking a very unstable version.
Therefore, it has ben decided to move up the date of the release of Elten 2.4 until September 24, 2020 with RC releases starting September 14. Pajper is apologizing for the delay.

Another News update Concerning Elten 2.4:

Pajper has been forced to push back again the release of Elten 2.4 until October 24, 2020 or later.
Due to problems with the laptop which he is using, his laptop has to be brought into the shop to be repaired and that could take three weeks of even longer. That's why the release of Elten 2.4 has to be pushed back again. Pajper wants to express his apologies!

Coming along with Elten 2.4, premium versions of Elten will be available, starting on October 24. There will also be a basic version. This is happening due to lack of finances to support the Elten project. For more on this, please read the message which Pajper wrote in the Elten network forum.
