Wątek: some strange problem with my network

Hello people, I am having a very annoying problem with my network.
Every 5 seconds my network seems to allmost crash, for example, when I ping google.com, 3 packets take 9 ms but there is allways one packet that takes 1300 ms or something.
What can I do about this?
Also, I doubt if it is my router, because I never hat this before, and I am on the same network as allways.

have you tried another network ex. your phone with hotspot?

then you should check your programs, maybe you have something downloading or require much resources.

Here are some ping stats when I ping google.com:
Minimum = 7ms, Maximum = 2649ms, Average = 668ms
