Is It Amazon Alexa, or what is It?

There are several devices with Alexa. My wife has the Echo Dots, two of them for stereo. They're quite small but sound nice.

There are other models, including one with a display. There are some larger speakers too.

Maybe some other poster can tell you more. I have limited knowledge.
