The latest times my internet provider says my comp is sending very much data to websites.
I want to know wich programis doing this, how to view the network traphic going out your computer?
And that, is why you shouldn't do this.

For viewing network traffic, resource monitor would work. For disabling network for certain programms that generate too much traffic, net limiter.
