@Taspyde, thanks for rendering this translation. I admit, this translation was terrible, I did not even improve it well. But that was due to the lack of time for which I already apologized.
I. Recommended groups:
1. Recommended groups arise as a result of separating specific thematic areas from the main forum of a given language community with the consent of the moderation of this community.
2. As such, they are subject to moderation by the Eltena administration staff.
3. Without prejudice to the above point, recommended groups are assigned an administrator (who does not belong to the global administration), who has the right to:
A. Determine the internal regulations of the group,
B. Create and modify group structure (create, edit and delete individual forums),
C. Respect the regulations (including deleting, moving topics, editing entries, banning users within the group).
4. Regulations of the recommended group may not contradict the regulations of the group from which it was separated, i.e. the main language group.
5. In the event of inactivity or reaction of the administration of the recommended group, the administration of the project reserves the right to change the person in these positions or to interfere in the group's activities.
6. Recommended groups are prioritized on the list of groups and indexed in Internet search engines.
7. Recommended groups are open and public, and adding a user's entry in them means automatically joining such a group.
II. Public groups:
1. Public groups are groups in which forums can be read by any logged-in user of Elten.
2. Such groups may be open or closed:
A. Each user can subscribe to open groups,
B. Closed groups may only be joined by users invited by the group moderator.
3. The regulations of the public group must be in accordance with the Elten regulations.
4. In the event the project administrator breaks the Elten regulations in the forum of a given public group, the Elten administrator will contact the moderator of this group.
5. If the moderator of the group does not take appropriate steps in connection with the notification within a reasonable time, the Elten administrator (depending on the situation) has the right to:
A. Change the group status to closed,
B. Remove the group,
C. Ban the administrator, group moderator or guilty user(s).
6. In open groups there are limits:
A. Audio quality on voice forums is limited to 48kbps,
B. The total size of voice forums may not exceed 1GB (approximately 48 hours),
C. The total size of attachments may not exceed 512MB.
7. In justified cases limits for a given group may be raised by the administrator.
III. Hidden groups:
1. Hidden group forums can be viewed only by members of these groups.
2. The administrator can interfere in the content of hidden groups and closed only at the request of the injured person (e.g. in the event of copyright infringement, insulting any user(s)).
3. The administrator can interfere in the content of open hidden groups in the same way as in the case of open groups.
4. In closed groups, the following limits apply:
A. Audio quality on voice forums is limited to 32kbps,
B. The total size of voice forums can not exceed 128MB (about 9 hours),
C. The total size of attachments can not exceed 64MB.
