Hi there,
a friend of mine has a laptop where the microphone isn't working. It is allowed in privacy settings and not muted, but the only thing he gets when recording is this sound I will atach in the post. It changes with every recording. In the attached recording, he said: "Test, test, test". But you can hear yourself what happened. Any advise whats wrong here?

We experimented a lot the last few days with this, but no success. Still no conferences, no audio recording and no video recording with sound. I think that this mic is completely broken or I have to vipe this computer.
