Personally I am against that. It worked here always good without that. We surely could give it a try and see after a month how it has worked, but.

but? You have no point beside saying you don't like it, and don't give a better idea.

I said that it worked good without that, that is actually another idea? :)
Also, I don't like that this concept is like may a few others in this case copied from the polish community. I think especially the main communities of the languages in elten should at least try to copy that less as possible and stay individual, not each country or language has the same needs. the polish community is much larger as well, would the english one also be large I'd see the point but as for no this is not necessary, in my opinion.

This is not about copying ideas, but about make more comfortable work to us. The team approved this idea and it will make our work easier when we are responsible for specific things.

Yeah, I know that you not directly thought let's copy the whole polish community and that you just had the idea that the concept from the polish group might work ehre as well, but as my two or three last sentences explayned I am against that for certain reasons though.

Meh I knew it was gonna happen. Also I feel like yall wouldn't keep that responsebility. Like, what if arctic see's something that just, pisses her off as usual, though at another place than her forums. Doesn't need to be true but I strongly think so, she could probably just get tempted to take action there too. Probably, or maybe, the rest of you too. Also why do I have a bad feeling about Arctic being boss in all the tech stuff. Anyone know?
People are complicated. This keeps getting prooven over and over and goes to a point where it makes no sense anymore.

What a coincidence but I've asked the same exact thing in our private chat. I wasn't talking about myself, but about the fact that not all of us are available 24/7, and incidents can happen anytime in any forum.

This is rather silly. The forum isn't nearly busy enough for this to be sensible, and of course, a crisis can break out in any of the forums.
I'd honestly like to know the thought process that went into this one. Seems like throwing out a decision just to say changes are happening.
All that I survey, I could easily destroy. From time to time, it is important to remind these small creatures of the true extent of my power. Charlie for Admin

If one of us notices something disturbing on another forum and its moderator does not respond in time, we can take action. As you can see, I didn't even write it down by each forum as is the case in the Polish community, because it's somewhat contractual but so that everyone knows what to do. On the other hand, I didn't even have to inform you about it, because it doesn't affect discussions and users, but transparency is the most important thing. Closing topic now.
