Wątek: A problem with bootcamp on windows 11

Hello. I reinstalled windows on macbook air today. My problem is that when I try to open the bootcamp control panel to disable the fn key, I get this error:
Boot Camp Dialog An error occurred while accessing boot disk settings. You may not have sufficient privileges to modify the startup disk. Make sure you have administrator privileges and try again.
I reinstalled bootcamp but it didn't fix the problem.
