Wątek: making two sound streams into a single one, is it possible?

So, basically I have two soundcards. The first one is my microfone, the second one is my virtual audio cable. Now I am asking, is there a way to put line 1 of my audiocable and my fifine k 690 into a single line of my audio cable, as example line 2? So that I would hear both when I set it as input device somewhere?
