You always have access to the free version. Yes there are a lot of ads, but if you need only one album, it's doable.

Yes, but the problem is that I can't play the songs in the correct order with the free version and it doesnt make sence to record an audio book completely mixed up.

Spotify Free is the biggest garbage, especially on mobile devices.

Here's how this works. I'm sure you have figured out that all Spotify downloaders that claim to be are fake. This is why. Spotify, and most other music streaming services have a little thing called DRM, digital rights management, which protects them from things such as what we're trying to do here. However, there is one workaround that abuses 2 API's. Deezer, another popular European-based music service doesn't offer DRM protection which means that their API lets you download everything with a bit of trickery. So much so that if you were crazy, you could mirror the entire Deezer catalog. Think it's like 30 petabytes or something like that. Anyways, Deemix GUI, no longer developed, is an application which allows you to do that. Because it's no longer developed, you will have to build it from source. I have a compiled version, DM me if you're interested and I'll help. Or there's Deemon, an open-source GitHub command-line version of Deemix GUI with monitoring features and is built for the automator person. The cool thing about Deemix GUI is it has Spotify support. It's complicated and requires you to obtain some internal account Spotify values such as your secret key and ID and username, but again I can help if you're not able to figure it out. Deezer lets you download in either 128kbps MP3 (garbage, unacceptable), 320kbps MP3 (better, pretty good), or, FLAC (1111 kbps, amazing quality!). It does require you to have a Deezer premium account though, which is $10 a month. Well worth it. I know this seems complicated but once it's set up, it's amazing – couldn't ask for better. This is the only honest way to get real music from unripped sources at top quality with proper metadata.

the first actual helpful answer I think. Would be interesting to have that thing for spotify, or at least knowing detailed how it works.
