The hardest level for me in that game is 25-1. that one I absolutely hate.

I highly doubt it. You'll have to grind and get some speed drinks if you don't have any. If yo uwant something, work for it.

Just put on a nice shield and weapon and smash that thing to bits.

use really good weapons, and put on a sheeld with a lot of health. Also, you can not access any other stages while playing stage 25. Should have gotten things before playing.
