sorry for opening 2 topics in that short time,
but I have a really annoying problem with my net wich should be fixed as fast as possible.
bevore starting and bevore you ask:
no, it's not my rooter, I already restarted it and no of my famely member has such problems so it is really on my side, my laptop.
I have the problem that when I am doing some internet actions wich needs a feew much power than simple things like playing a mud or writing text, as example beeing online in elten, audio games like SBYW or chilling out on team talk, that my net totally crashes until I restarted my WLan in the task bar. my internet is working aktually really good since we have it and also for my other famely members, like I already said bevore. my phone is also working properly. it's just my laptop wich is really doing weird stuff. I please need as fast help as possible since this problem is really annoying. I can't even be online in elten, doing stuff in audio games or even chill in teamtalk without that the net of my laötop totally crashes every 5 minutes and makes the fun really low
fast help would be really appreciated

1. Try closing all programs which can consume your internet and run speedtest on speedtest.net. Will this reproduce the crash?
2. If no, then try connecting to some VPN, softether is better but any vpn which encapsulates your traffic in a non-transparent for providers tunnel is okay too. Does the problem persist?
3. Try scanning your OS for viruses, but beware that all bgt games will be marked as malware and probably deleted, prepare for this.
4. Try finding the exact model name of your laptop, go to the manufacturer website and download manufacturer's driver for your wlan card.
5. Try connecting your laptop with an RJ45 ethernet cabble to your router, turn off the wifi and try doing all the same you do every day.

firstly: thank you for this much options. I will try to try them out but some things I not understand. and also, the problem is the following: my net works really good. but it just crashes randomly and out of the nothing sometimes. at the most it is if I open elten, NVDARemote or teamtalk. at the less it is if I am playing a MUD.
@1. I was looking in my auto start and there is nothing. I removed also all things like dropbox. right now only my settings, my explorer and elten are opened. and also to the speedtest.net:

@2. I have right now no vpn awayable. on my pc is was using avast from a friend but I not have it on my laptop.
@3. what do you mean with "scanning my OS"? just a normal virus scan? if yes, then I only have windows defender right now awayable, because I have, like I said already bevore, sadly no avast awayable right now.
@4. do I can find this name out in the settings, and if yes, where? can you send me a link of the website you called?
@5. that is the only thing I totally not understand. I have a normal LAN cable but my laptop has not the right port to atach it. I think it is only for computers so I don'T know.

Okay, regarding lan cabble yes, some laptops nowadays have no ethernet port at all which is sad but true.
About scans, yes, just a normal virus scan, i recommend using doctor web utility called cure it. I hope the website also exists in english, because this is a russian company and the main page is in russian. but i still hope they have translated version.
About the exact model, you can try pressing win+r, then typing msinfo32 and here in a huge list of information find your model.

and what exactly nukes this site? like my bgt games are probably detected as virus. but what files are counted by that. only exe and dll files or also some others?

You'll find the model number at the top of the tree view that comes up. Just tab and then go down till you see it.
