You nead to draw back your mouse, wile holding the left mouse button to load,
and then release the button to fire the arrow.

It's not a normal gun, so I would say that no, they did not fix it. Bows are not firearms.

I don't care enuf to use a bow the only one that is some what useful is the crose bow because that has more then one round
