Wątek: Image and text recognition in Symbian

Hello. Were there any applications for Symbian that could recognize images and text? If blind people could read some texts and view pictures with push-button phones. Or such applications began to appear only on touch devices running Android and Ios, say, after 2010, when blind users began to gradually switch to them. I had a Nokia N82 with Mobilespeak from 2009 to 2014 and I had there from the additional programs program Beletrik, A Game of Mines or a color recognizer. But I do not know if those programs were also from company Codefactory or from the Czech company Galop, because I live in the Czech Republic.

If I remember correctly KNFB was already available for Symbian devices such as the Nokia C5 which was probably the device most blind people liked to use since it's release. I've contact to a person who was a reseller for Codefactory products in Germany so i'll pass on the question to him.
