Hey guys. I'm so sorry for posting such a topic here but I have no where else to ask and am quite desperate. I didn't want to put it in the title, but how do you guys shave your pubic hair as a blind person? I am desperate, I need to do it for the reasons which I will not go into, but I am afraid of cutting myself so much. I have an electric razer but still. Is there no other way than to just ask someone close to help?

Hey, respect for the honesty and openness. There are shavers and trimmers specifically for intimate areas, I wouldn't recommend electric, or any other kinds of razors, typically used for the hair on your head or beard. From my experiences, you can use an electric razor to shave the hair down there off to some degree, but it will never be as short and as well shaved as you might want it to be. I recommend the manscape brand, they have all kinds of utilities, which do the job very well.

Thanks. Yeah, I was considering man-scaped too. Seems like a pretty good option.

urm. y, did you make a topic asking us this question
Behold, mortals, and tremble in awe, For I am the sovereign, the ultimate law. Bow down before me, for I hold all sway, In my presence, you'll kneel and obey. I am the master of fate's relentless tide, With power unmatched, I shall abide. All shall serve at my beck and call, For I am the ruler, the one above all.

He, explained. There is not really anywhere else to ask, and he wonders. He has a genuin question. He also has a feer which he wanted some help, at maybe avoiding.

It's really a ashme as blind people we gete shunned when we ask these types of questions. The objective truth is for a sighted person, they can go online and get videos showing them exactly what to do. For us, there is no such resource other than asking around for help. I don't know why people feel the desire to shun people whoask these types of questions.

I honestly got use out of this topic because I had the same question but I feared it is inappropriate to ask. I wonder where these things are found? I need one actually. Amazon?

I know that manscaped have an official website, which can be easily googled, but I bet that Amazon will have some of their products, or otherwise products of some other brand, so you can compare the ratings and reviews if you like.

Is that kind of meant to work like waxing, but without the element of ripping the hair off?

I think so yeah, because it literally burns your hair chemically or something like that.

I use a philips oneblade electric shaver on pubic hair. Some things to know are that this is a shower proof razer, has a guard, so take advantage of it. Do not shave down there dry, the stubble gets so itchy. Use it in the shower. The water helps it slide better. When starting, go with the grain, even if you use water. And if you can't shave in the shower, a bit of shaving cream spread on your pubes help out too as long as it's not too long. Trim it down first for a better application process, I guess just use some scisors. I know all of this from just jumping in and figuring it out, what does the best.
Anything can work. Just decide how much, or what you would like to subject for said thing to work.

I have the Philips Multigroom 7000 trimmer+razer combo and I know it apparently isn't the best for trimming down there at least from what I've read online, but I will still try my best. It also has guards for length preferences.

Hey, not sure if you have purchased something already or not yet, but I have found this really great review not only comparing the third and fourth generation lawnmower, but also a few other alternatives are provided for you to check out, one of which I'm gonna be buying myself in a week or two, so I'll be able to share what I think.
Anyway, here's the link:

Oh and also, can you say what you think of that Philips multigroom trimmer razor combo? I just realised, this was the one I wanted to buy.

It's actually not half bad. I use it to shave my beard and face, but you can also use it for armpits and other body hair. Just be careful down there though, apparently it's not the best and if you want something speciffically for your pubes you should look elsewhere but this is just something that will basically do everything in one package.

Does it have the guards? If it does, I'm assuming that with the guards on, it might be difficult to shave close to the skin without getting cut up in the process? :)

it does have guards, but you can take them off which I do not recommend.
