Wątek: reinstalling windows on a desktop computer, how does it works?

Hey guys, so basically I would like to reinstall windows 11 on my desktop cause I have some kind of virus I want to get rid of it and in general I think its a good time for doing so, but my question is, how exactly do I do this? I know this might be a dumb question but my brother set up this device for me last year so I have no clue how it works on devices wich, come without any system from start up. thanks for your help and sorry vor any misunderstandings, I don't really know how I should better formulate this.

So for example what I am asking myself too, I found this thingi here in my installed programms, I know my brother installed it for me in the past, is this needed to use audio/sound cards? Realtek Audio Driver; Realtek Semiconductor Corp.; installed: 05.11.2022; sice: 73,6 MB; Version: 6.0.9313.1
Or also this one: Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver; Realtek; installed: 05.11.2022; sice 5,85 MB; version: 10.56.119.2022
Cuz I have no clue where I could get this back then.

It's not that hard. Go to your start menu and then go into your settings and then to Update and Security and then to recovery. In there you will see an option reset this PC. Then follow the steps.
It might take you an hour or so. But remember, you may have to re-install all your programs except those from Microsoft. It is best to use the Narator screen reader from Microsoft during the process.

Thank you, all right I exactly did that and without the fact the nvda portable version beeing a bit glitching to install everything worked fine!

If you are really trying to get rid of the virus, create media using a USB drive with the windows media creation tool thing, making sure to get personal data off of the USB drive since it will be erased. Then type reagentc /boottore into an admin cmd, turning on narrator when recovery mode boots, going int cmd, using diskpart to clean drive 0 or whatever drive it is, then rebooting to the install media, then just reinstalling completely.
Anything can work. Just decide how much, or what you would like to subject for said thing to work.
