I don't think so, or just if you have e-mail notifications enabled. I can't remember for me but yea.

You have to turn off your mail event reporting before changing your email otherwise you will get an error message.

I think it is disabled. so I can just have to enter my password, my new email and the old email don't gets a notification?

You know what? When you enter the wrong password to sign in to elten, it sends you the email that says: someone attempted to log in with password (his password). So that means it doesn't encrypt the password and stores the raw passwords instead of hashes

No, you don't get an email back from your old email once you change your email address, I'm just experimenting with it.
