The moderation team isn't against certain people. The moderation team punishes only those, who break the rules. You didn't break the rules in the past, therefore you weren't punished. It works the same way with everyone else. Of course I would have an easier job if people didn't just mention posts to me but acted as well, but that's how it is now. To be honest I'm having a very difficult part of my life, if not the most difficult one, and I have literaly no time to read through everything alone. It would help if the rest of the team read through posts as well. Slowly I'll be free and everyone who has broken the rules but I didn't notice, wil get their own punishments. Elten isn't a playground for children. I thought we are mature enough to understand it, but it doesn't seem so.

Again. The mod team consists only of 2 people, 1 very inactive and only posting upon thinking something is clone material. I wonder why the other people have this rank and don't obviously even care. And real life is no excuse of punishing 1 suddenly for nothing, claiming there are more that have done so too, but they will apparently, as always, *not*, get punished later. Can anybody explain this properly? Because I don't get it.
I could also say, O I had a bad day, this is why I suddenly start to insult someone or write 1 word in a thread, spam, etc etc etc. Wow. I'm really impressed here.

Once we've already talked about this with Nuno, yeah. And then he had difficulties in his private life, just like me, so it didn't happen at all. It's still planned though. And yeah with you it's absolutely possible to talk and discuss stuff that aren't common sense for others. :)

Absolutely true what you say. To be honest I admit I've fucked up. I'm very unstable nowadays, but publicly I wouldn't say more about the situation. Honestly I've even thought about resigning, the second time, but I know noone who'd want to replace me, and I don't want this community to collapse. That's why I come here only when I understand that I'm able to calm down at least for a while, and that's why it's rare if you see me online on elten. I've definitely fucked up and I punished only who I immediately noticed, those who I didn't see immediately, could escape without any cautions or warnings. It's sad to see that we, the moderation team simply can't work together, everyone is mentioning stuff only to me and the final decision falls on me. On me, who can't even decide now in her personal life. I didn't come here to complain, but to tell my thoughts about this all.
