Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the Elten program. One of my main concerns is the composition of the support team, as the Elten network seems to be mostly comprised of Polish individuals. This is not acceptable for a program that aims to have a global presence, as it is imperative that support partners from each country where Elten operates are available.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the poor performance of the admin for the German community, Hozosch. He is never available, ignores his responsibilities, and does not provide the necessary support to the German users. In my opinion, he should be immediately replaced with someone who is more dedicated and capable of fulfilling their duties.
I hope that my concerns will be taken into consideration and prompt action will be taken to improve the Elten program.

Well, you are right, but I must say, why do we talk about the german community i ´n the english? Hmm, but sadly, most of that isn't realy false. So we will see what happens.

As far as I've recognised, Hozosch has been pretty active in the english community, although I'm seeing him less often these days. Since I don't feel comfortable to speak in german, although I mostly understand it, I have no idea on what's going on in that community. On the other hand, I am sorry but public shaming is really not cool. Have you ever tried to talk about this situation in the german community? Have you ever tried to reach Hozosch himself and ask him why he is almost never available? If yes, have you ever got an answer from him? We, the moderators of the english community are always happy to help, but we can not do anything if the situation belongs in a different community.
As for the availability of the main administrator. Pajper. He is having a lot of things to do in real life as well, he is having an own foundation which he has to manage besides studying and developing Elten. I know him personally and I am sure he has no bad intentions behind not being available all the time.

I have contacted Hozosch, but he informed me that he will be available whenever he is able to. It seems that he has a lot of responsibilities related to his training. During our conversation, I noticed that he may not be fully equipped to handle his admin duties.
At the moment, the only available administrator is RadioRobbe. However, having only one person in charge can lead to difficulties in decision making and delegating responsibilities. It is not ideal for the German group to have such a heavy burden placed on RadioRobbe.
If Hozosch is unable to fulfill his responsibilities, it would be best for him to delegate them to someone else. Having more administrators present would be beneficial for the German group, as decisions can be made together and responsibilities can be more evenly distributed.
I kindly request your help in resolving this issue.

"It's noticeable that you have more admins in the English group. It would be better if Hozosch didn't just think of himself and, if he can't handle it, he should give up his rights. Your team in your group has it under control. With us, one person acts like an emperor, just because Hozosch is sleeping!"

I thing that only ArcticMoon working as active admin here. Noone of the other admins isn't interested about moderation or doing any changes. I basing my thoughts on "Moderation feedback" and Administrative announcements forums. Nuno only promises and does something after a long time or not at all therefore the situation of the English community is not good as you said and rests on the shoulders of one person.

railwayguy is a previous administrator. If i'm correct he resigned from being a main admin due to a lack of time / private life and now he's a moderator but idk that he is active or not.
BTW: My English isn't perfect, but i have some ideas and innovations in my head about this group.

First of all, no matter if the issue is correct or not, urgent or not, by placing it in so many places you make it look like a spam.
Also, neither me nor anybody from Management Board does know german.
So, I cannot answer you directly as I do not still understand the issue. So, please write some details, point by point.

And german group is not a big group, so even 1 admin could be enough.

I now resigned from being Admin. I fully take that I'm rubbish at this job, so I now made Radiorobbe admin and he's going to turn me into a normal user. I just can't bare it anymore.

Yes, to be honest I'd be glad to work together with Daszekmdn, as well as the others in the team. I'm pretty sure we could make our ideas real and do something against the stagnating situation here in the english group.

I hope you're not thinking yourself as a bad person. I am in the german community, but since I'm a bit lazy to learn german I don't know how the administration work in german group. But as far as I know you Hozosch, you're a good person.

As already mentioned by Hozosch, I am now the admin of the German community. It is sad to see him step back, but looking at what has happened in the past I can understand his decision very well. We are about 80 members, and only a few of them are dissatisfied with the group management, mostly younger users. Some of this criticism culminated in spam and hostility agains the admin and moderator, even forcing me to ban a particular user. I'll leave out the details here.

To make a long, sad story short: I am currently assembling a team of trusted moderators who will help me expose my own possible mistakes, and steer the community back into calm waters. I am confident that I will succeed.

@ Bomberman I don't see myself as a bad person in every single aspect. I'm just sick and tired of being a moderator. It has become so painfully obvious that I'm just not the right person for this kind of job.

I wouldn't say it in that way. You concentrate on your life and thats good. And its ooay to say, yea, I see, I give up my mod because well, I have to do "better" things. I mean, if you understand what I want to say, there is nothing bad, just the time in wich you did. Thats a big weird to be honest, to go when all is escalating.
