Some sound cards have a boost setting for microphone. Try checking there for that.

One strange on this is fact, that microphone is viewed, as 'line'.

It is littlebid difficult. I would like to record music and podcasts at home. Also, I don't want to record only vocals in My music, but also some musical instruments, for example ukulele. Problem is, that I don't listen, what I record, It isn't monitored. I have selected this previous microphone, because there was ability to monitor My mic. Also, I haven't any studio at home, It is important note.
