basicly, I'm looking for the thom and donna voices from the NOAA weather radio, if yall have heard those voices on NWR. or on the E A S, I had a win server 2003 VM with the thom voice, but I can't seem to get that back ever since I had to nuke the hard drive, my external 1 BTW, just to get more sounds to fit. I'm talking about the BT sink folder, anyway, for people who don't know what the fuck I'm talking about, here, listen to this sample I found on youtube, and you might want to turn the volume up on the file, I had to mess with the volume in gold wave to here it

They are both nuance vocalizer voices. You can just get them in the NVDA addon.

yeah, but vocalizer doesn't sound like what I've just shown you, I know because I heard both, besides how is the donna voice a vocalizer voice if it sounds like ATNT christel

You are right, it is ATNT Crystal. My bad. Strange that they would be calling it Donna then.

As for Thom, it does appear to be the vocalizer voice to me, except the audio quality is seriously degraded. Are you thinking about the compact vocalizer voices when you say they are different?

this is coming from a tts mastermind, these speechworks speechify voices came out 20 plus years before the vocalizer voices, yes, they might sound similar, but the inflection is a little off as they are useing a version from 2002. and there were 22k versions of those voices avalable.

scansoft didn't start making voices until 2001, and eventually speech works got bot out by scansoft in 2003

Kinda off topic, but I'm gonna try to make a Win Server 2003 VM right now. If you want it since you lost your original one, just PM me. It'll probably only have NVDA on it, since I don't know what software and stuff you had on the original.
