Hi. I'm trying to make a file 16 bit in GoldWave, but I don't know how to do it. Is there a way to do it?

Sometimes is needed for a lot of things. Definitly enough to voice recordings from teams or Skype.
I prefer wma to save audio in small bitrates.
But remember that 16 not mean bitrate because maybe he want create wav in 16bit or 16k instead 44100k. He said bitrate but i don't know that he means it.
If you mean something like 16kbps yep, it will be horrible quality to listen music but voice in opus wma or apple format will sound understandable.
