Why does ibmeci50.dll also work? Also viavoice breaks a lot with IBMTTS so I stopped using it

I'm using the IBMTTS dictionaries from Github And that fixes more stuff then x0 version.

lol I don't even know from wich dev, website, store what ever, my IBM is. as long as the main voice, language and speed changing are working, everything is fine for me.
