I am sure illegal things aren't, but is that just what is consiered considered illegal in Poland?

I can't find development. Where do I need to go to see this? I've seen it somewhere before. I've looked under groups, and under forums and all I see is moderation feedback, admin forum etc.

its when you go to forum and then to i think recommended groups, that's the quickest way

Wow. yeah ok, I found it, I read them and it sounds like anything goes as long as its not insulting somebody? Its very confusing about admins etc... it sounds to me as if the regular eltan has admins, but the english part has diferent admins. and then other groups inside of the english one has different admins other than that.
