Hello!
So the problem is the following: after updating to windows 11, I guess my drivers got updated as well, I have no idea. However, when I try to either communicate or record with my microphone, it first starts recording without signal enhancements, and after a few seconds of use, these enhancements magically turn on, even if I don't press a single key! I've never had this problem on windows 10, because after I turned these enhancements off manually, it staid that way. But now, anything I do, doesn't work. Apps don't accept my choice and keep turning it on all the bloody time. Sorry, I'm angry.
If anyone could suggest at least a few things, I'd be extremely grateful!

Go to mmsys.cpl, just type that into the run dialogue. Then go to your mic in the recording tab, then to advanced. In there, turn off allow apps to take control over this device. I don't know if that will work, but you can try that.
Anything can work. Just decide how much, or what you would like to subject for said thing to work.

Yes, I've done that. The problem has been resolved though, it was something totally different and it had nothing to do with the built-in control panel for windows. In a few mins I'm going to describe the solution, in case anyone has the same problem and wants to avoid stupid microsoft articles.
