I think the only Edcast/Oddcast clone currently available is called Altacast. I'm however not sure if it can handle todays streaming requirements such as source usernames, AAC+ encoding and so on. RadioCaster by DJSoft is also nice, but not free. Of course there's also Liquidsoap for advanced setups. Some projects are built upon it such as Azuracast. Mainly a web-based radio automation, but it has a built-in streaming client to directly connect with your browser.

https://www.azuracast.com/

You need a Debian or Ubuntu-based server to run this software. A Raspberry Pi 4 might also work, I personally recommend a decent VPS.
