Urh2006#2221 and region Americas. IDK why I even switched to Americas, probably because most people play on there. I wish that you could cross play across regions.

It depends on with whom you play. Most of my friends play in Europe, or both in Europe and Americas. So I wouldn't say more people play there, it just depends on your cyrcle of friends :)

Why are you afraid of making decks? They don't bite :D if you are afraid to make decisions, read about it, there are a lot of people who have already made top tier decks. Maybe you'll get some inspiration.
