Hi.
Firstly, sorry for My English. Now, I would like to start a topic, which is halfly philosophical, halfly sad....
Sometimes I have psycho crisis. I don't know, how to explain It the best, but It is something, that You have feeling, that things, what You do just sucks. It can be, because most of bad things happened.
Those bad things can happened in Your life, or You have encountered It on news ETC.
Have You sometimes those feelings and how do You solve It?
Thank You.

Sadly I know what you're saying, my problem is that I can't do anything without thinking about stuff like I'll fail for sure. I already can't even tell myself that not everything will be as bad as I imagine and that particular thing I try to do might be successful.

I can absolutely relate! I was going to write something along those lines yesterday, but couldn't find the right words. This can also result in just doing what others say, believing that they know better than me. Not exactly all the time, but quite often.

Indeed, that's exactly how I feel as well.

Hm, about others: I'm quite interesting cause I'm very positive person, as another people describe me, and I like that positivity, I'm trying to do my best to keep like that, but also I like to analyze myself: what I know is that I feel better when other people are suporting me. I mean, I cannot suport myself as good as anothers are suporting me even if they don't know that.

I had my first episode of depression when I was 12 or something. Now it comes and goes. It's hard to find something positive in life when your self esteem is low, when you think that every minute of your existence is pointless. I tried a non-standard antidepressant once, no results.
When it comes to pandemic period, every day feels the same for me.

which antidepressant did you try?

The best antidepressant for me would be if someone calmed me down at those moments I'm absolutely down. That would be enough for me to get out of this mess, so my depression is not that strong.

I have suffered from depression and psychosis so know what you are on about here. sometimes the human brain is amazing.
I am currently writing notes in a paper on abnormal psychology and feel like I have every disorder in the textbook even though I don't. And this pandemi period is only making everybody feel down.
I don't know about the rest of the world. In New Zealand, we are having a shortage of psychologists, therapists and GP'S.

My mental health has been at crisis point a few times now. 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2020 during the height of the COVID19 pandemic. You know what the best antidepressent is? Social interaction! Surround yourself with people who know and love you, and your problems will just fly away. Talk to those you trust, and allow people to help you.
Behavioural activation therapy can also help. Do something to take your mind off the bad stuff. Be it playing or listening to music, writing code, riding your bike, running, dancing, lifting weights etc.

I tried tianeptine and selegiline, which is not registered as depression treatment. Tianeptine was most impressive antidepressant I've ever tried. It's an atypical opioid receptors agonist, so you may have some opioid withdrawal symptoms when you come off it. The combination with pregabalin is awesome. :)
I never tried SSRIs or SNRIs cause of side effects and interractions with selegiline, but these three medications are extremely versatile:
* Tianeptine works like opioid with antidepressive potential and it helps with neuroplasticity,
* Selegiline is a MAOI, so, taking it sublingually, is the most effective when it comes to bioawailability.
* Pregabalin is like an all-in-one drug. Antidepressive or generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) effect, it helps with opioid withdrawal, it is a nice alternative for benzodiazepines, but, it is addictive, not as strong as benzos.
Oh yeah, and I use clonazepam for over 2 years. No signs of physical dependence, but the tolerance has unfortunately kicked in. I take 4 or 6 mg up to three times a week now.

Aren't you entitled to one-on-one support in education? Here in the UK, I've had support pretty much all my life, including pre-education. If it wasn't for said support during my aformentioned crisis points, I probably wouldn't be alive today! Seriously, I owe them my life, and even that is nowhere near enough.

I’ve been going through a crisis of sorts lately. After I had my second dose of the covid vaccine, I got the side effects that affect the inner ear. I was off balance, and had lost my sense of direction. It felt like the ground was moving. It was very weird, and scary, I got quite anctious, which is strange for me, since I’m usually not an anctious person. Now the balance has improved slightly but now I feel like I can’t walk straight up, I have to lean against walls and things. It gets quite tyring at times.
