hello! i resently found a library tolk.dll, that is used in teamtalk, to support screenreaders. it supports nvda, jaws, supernova. and maybe more. what if you include it in elten?

well, another news. Dawid Pieper has forked the Tolk repository, so we can expect a support for many screenreaders in the future, but it is not 100%
