Hi all,
So I often run into this problem, and I'm not sure if it's a bug or what it is. But, whenever I try to update Elten on launch, running as admin or not, I get really weird results. If running as admin, it downloads the update, exits the program, then gives me a could not replace the file error, which is understandable. If running as admin, the following occurrs. The update downloads, program exits, but the window still exists, as if the program didn't close propperly, or the window didn't disappear propperly, almost like a ghost window. The results happen every time, and no matter what I do, the results don't change.
Help please?

Update, I tried something else, I installed an older version of elten, and tried to update from the what's new menu. This gives the same results, it seems to do it any time an elten update is attempted from within the program

I think to overcome this problem is reinstall Elten and when you in the setup wizzard, see that you check the checkbox, "Install the latest version". Try this!

I've never seen that check box anywhere

It's in the install wizzard before you launch Elten.

After this happens, will I be able to install it on launch, if there's an update?

The best thing for you is to completely uninstall Elten from your computer. Then, download and install Elten again. I noticed that you are in Elten 2.4.1; we are now in Elten 2.4.2.
