I'm a new user. After creating my account and loggin in, the only thing that appears is the quick actions. How can Iaccess other features of the program? Also, how can I access the program's settings.

Press the ALT key, there you will find things like the Community menu, the Programs menu and the Tools Menu. The settings are in the Tools menu. Don't be afraid to explore the menus.

I recommend you look at readme, there is a lot of useful information.

I looked at the readme file. While I understand how to do most things now, one thing I still can't figure out is how to get elten to be put back into focus from the system tray. I tried pressing f3 to restore it, but that didn't do th trick. What key do I press to bring the program back into focus?

You press ctrl+shift+alt+t. Don't know if that is listed somewhere now. There used to be a shortcut keys list containing it, but it has been removed in Elten 2.4 due to the quick actions where you get informed about the keys for the various actions.

but you can just run elten from desktop, and it will beep, and elten will be restored from tray
