If you're making an SSH GUI type thing like that, even when installing icecast you may get a menu outputted through SSH. You'll have to somehow bring up a GUI menu containing the options and send the result back to the server.

Like, in Postfix, there's an installer type thing that appears where one of the menus that comes up asks you to chose what type of mail server configuration you want. I'm not really sure how to describe it. I can only describe it as a terminal GUI. Try installing it on a dummy VPS if you have one and you'll see what destructatron and I are talking about.

I know there's something called the online streaming kit on matthewsmithyt.duckdns.org. It has the icecast server, edcast, and a virtual audio cable setup. That's if you want to host off of windows, but you can also just use edcast.
Anything can work. Just decide how much, or what you would like to subject for said thing to work.
