Hi,

for example. a blind people laughs at a sound when an enemy died in the game and other horrible events in irl too.
I observed this tendency in the special school of blind people and I'd like to get explain.

That's an interesting question. I simply think the reason is that we in general focus much more on sounds than anything else. Young sighted gamers laugh at the very same stuff, but represented by graphics instead. So we rather gotta enjoy the dying sounds, explosions etc. I know this is not just about games though. I myself used to laugh at various crazy stuff, and gave the impression that I was just enjoying the fact when something had gone wrong. For instance, the sound of glass breaking always made me laugh pretty reliably. Or even when someone fell down the stairs. It sounds terrible when I'm writing this, I hope I can say I'm not a malicious person. It was purely about the sound. LOL

or it can be events, if someone tells bad story. It can cause very unconfortable situations. It's not enough to be blind, sighted people even look these blind people malicious and or stupid and or these blind people can appear as have intellectual disability. It can cause a lot of problems, and even teachers who teach the blind don’t understand the origin of these manifestations. I don’t think it would have ever been a thing to examined, but it can cause judge and make it very difficult for the blind to realy fit in the sighted society.

Hmmm I don't know if it's only me but I could never laugh at enemy dying sounds, hell knows why. The thing that sometimes would make me laugh is when a song sounds extremely horrible, but not all the time. I'm generally a person who smiles almost all the time but for others it's a bit difficult to make me laugh hardly.

It would rather characterized those people who play a lots of audiogames and who likes sounds. But I don't want to generalize.

I also don't show much enthusiasm about the dying sounds, frankly speaking. I used to enjoy the enemy quotes when I was younger and when I used to play games a lot more than now. But I definitely recognize myself when it comes to laughing at bad events. A glass breaking, someone swearing or yelling at another person, things falling down the stairs, playing a broken CD with a corrupted sound, you name it. I would cackle all the time and then explain to everyone that I don't laugh because I enjoy how I broke the glass, but because it just sounded funny.

A lots of people recognize them to laughs on a bad things, but not everyone. The diing sounds was an example.

Interesting post. For me I always found the sound of breaking glass scary. Falling down stairs, not so funny. Perhaps because it happend to me once. What I have found funny at times was when I listened to a song played backwards. Though I guess it would depend on the order of sounds, and the music.

Sometimes I would laugh at surtain parts of kid shows like when a character falls down or some characters reaction to something that either is crazy or wrong.
All of you are amazing. Never forget it!

LikeAdventure-Time, I also laugh at the sound of smashing glass. Burps also make me laugh hard as hell. I think it's a species thing. As humans, one of our natural instincts is to laugh at one's misfortunes even though it might not be so funny for the person on the receiving end. If we didn't laugh, we'd cry.

Interesting, but not all humans are all the same though. Not sure if it's a sense of humour thing. Since not everyone finds the same thing funny. Nothing wrong with crying either, smiles.

Mentioning post 2, I also used to laugh at breaking glass, or someone getting hurt and them hitting the wall or stairs on their way down.
Anything can work. Just decide how much, or what you would like to subject for said thing to work.

Well, Tsunami, don't you think that if someone judges a person's behaviour and straight away links this with their blindness which basically means the fact that they can't see, that they perhaps have a mental disability? XD
I mean you have various edgy, alternative and different sighted folks and they are also judged by other sighted, it's not worth worrying about.
Just be yourself.
Overall though, answering your question I suppose that if we look at blind folks in particular, they do not have the visual stimulation which the sighted get, so anything that makes us feel engaged in a way, makes us feel as we are part of something, as if we have an understanding over it, creates excitement and adrenaline within us.
That's why we might flap our hands, or do other weird things, like the laughing at various sounds and whatnot.

Yes, something like that: I feel joy or exciting about many things, until people explain exactly what it is really.

I have also heard the isolation in segregated schools cause the laughs, but it was someone else’s opinion, I can’t speak for him.

People will either isolate from us, or not.
And whether our behaviour is socially acceptable or not, they might still judge, and alienate us.
But then again, they might not.
It really depends on people and their minds, of which most are closed and narrow as hell.

My friend thought so that the segregated schools for the blind children isolating the blinds, and the blinds can't learn the adaptative social skills and that maybe therefore they laugh on things which is are not joke or bad.

Sadly the more years you spend in an isolated school for the blinds, more problems you'll have if you have to interact with sighted people, and even more problems you are going to have in the whole world. It isn't only about laughing at things you shouldn't laugh at, but everything. My best friend went to a blindy school for 8 years, plus kindergarden. And now she's so damn damaged mentally that it would take years to be sure about if she is all right. If you meet her once, you don't recognise her problems. But I know her for 6 years and I see her strugling every single day, even if she lives far from me, and that is sad but it's already another topic.

i disscurrage everyone from going to blindy schools for a long period of time. sure, i have individual lessons there once a month, but i go to a mainstream, and it'll really help you in life.
When you're stuck, just try harder.

I don’t think it’s about which schooling system is good or bad. I think some might work for people and others not. I went to a school, where the children had different visual abilities. Some were totally blind, and others had some sight, and there were stil others that could see to read larger print. Many of those who were blind, came out fine, and function alright. Mental problems could affect anyone in my view.
