The best way I know, and I'm just basically guessing, is to follow NVAccess on Twitter. I'm not sure if there's a Facebook page. But anyway, he posts about betas and such. I've never used a beta so I don't know if they update automatically.

I think he means something different. Once you install a beta, new betas will be detected by the updater.

Yep, I specified that I didn't know the betas updated automatically. I know they do when stable versions come out. I didn't know the betas did that as well.
