I wondered for a long time how to legally share the Klango source code. In the end, after legal consultations at Warsaw University of Technology, it turned out that the only way to do this is to make available not the code itself, but a program that gets the code from the original files. Well there it is.
Any newer than 2.0 version of Ruby and Visual Studio 2019 with all C ++ modules enabled will be required.

I have downloaded the one from link 1, also it seams like everyone has this problem. Maybe you have to reupload it.
