Yes I know. Apple has simply implemented that new thing, but honestly as we know them now they can stop caring about it probably. Man someone else, even if it'd be dumm code factory should make a good vocalizer synth for iOS, it'll be expensive as usual but it's what it is. If ava would work normaly again and the rest too...

There is a webcite which offers vocalizer voices for SAPI 5 for free, and they even work with emotions. But I'm unsure whether if the thing is legal or cracked, so I can't send it here. But to answer the question, I can confirm you can use vocalizer voices on SAPI 5.
